abs and quads, 9 weeks. Traveled from the West to the East coats, holding water from stress.

11 weeks out, just finished up quads and hamstring + 1 hour of cardio.
11 weeks out from the San Fran. From 250lbs down to 225lbs this morning. I’m melting away.
Fuck! Clen + Caffeine = cramps!
15 weeks out, now doing 40min of stepper cardio 5x a week. I can hear 1st place calling me!
Always happens when I start dieting; I pull a muscle. Front squatting 315lbs, on the 7th rep, I get to the top to breath, my calf cramps, and my middle back tightens up. Combination of hot weather and not being properly hydrated. Motrin and muscle relaxers here I come!
Doing 35min on the stepper machine was HELL! I was convinced I was going to die, lol! I’ve hiked hundreds of miles in the Marines, and THIS is harder..lol!
